First of all, Swishy’s support team is super great! We jumped on a quick call, they helped me to set everything up, so I didn’t really have to sit there and figure it all out myself. In the first month, Swishy’s AI assistant actually brought me a couple of sales! It also helped me see what questions people keep asking us over and over (Always a useful thing). A few times it also suggested a different product when the customer liked something but, for example, it was a bit out of their budget. That part is actually really useful. I’m genuinely really happy with it and I’m 100% going to keep using the app!! Also love the feature that shows real customers wearing our products. On desktop, the video review definitely grabs attention, and honestly, chatting with the bot does seem to push people a bit closer to buying.
