Great support team, responds immediately and acts efficiently. Been working with the app for approximately a year without major issues. Very easy to install.

Ich habe die App tatsächlich bisher nur im Testmodus genutzt, und bin auf die erste Bestellung gespannt. Aber ich brauchte Hilfe bei der Installation, und der Support war geduldig und hilfsbereit und konnte mein Problem lösen. 1A. Die Testrechnung aus meinem Shopify sah super aus und hat funktioniert. Daumen hoch für die Lösung für schweizer Kunden.

la base fonctionne mais je ne trouve pas comment configurer le numéro de référence du paiement? == Edit suite à la réponse: Une facture QR sans possibilité d'ajouter un numéro de référence ne correspond pas à la norme suisse (https://www.six-group.com/dam/download/banking-services/standardization/qr-bill/ig-qr-bill-v2.2-fr.pdf). Cette application imcomplète ne sert donc à rien.
We want to keep this app and the pricing simple and currently only cover Swiss QR invoices with the order number in the comment. We might add support for payment reference numbers in the future. --- edit: Thank you for your reply. We've added the possibility to enter a QR-IID in the Shopify-App-Configuration which is needed to generate the correct reference number. Sorry for the inconvenience, we did not realize that a QR-IBAN generated a wrong reference number. We will add additional information to the manual a a later point. Best regards, Patrick

We were experiencing some problems with inserting the code but the QR Biller team was very reactive and we were able to make everything work perfectly shortly after. Great Alternative for Swiss companies going online on Shopify
