there are problems with connections and this app, owner in his emails is using scarcity tactics and is going above the border by using very judgemental language. I will look for a different solution as people behind the business matters and I don't want to feel offensive during communicating

Very easy to integrate and get set up within Shopify. For me, the Switch2Zero site/ back end, where you can calculate your overall carbon footprint by category was an eye-opener. We used this data to ensure we offset CO2 in bulk at the start of our journey to help balance last year. We also planted 500 trees to kick off the project and now, through our sales, plant a tree with every order. The dashboard is a great tool with some great data.

Integration of the Switch2Zero app with our Shopify store was quick and easy. Through their incredible initiative, we have planted 1,745 trees so far! This partnership allows our customers to contribute directly to vital reforestation projects, making a tangible positive impact on our planet with every purchase.

I've been in conversation with the Switch2Zero team for a while now and integrated with them this summer. I will say it's been a seamless integration which has allowed us to do what we need to do, knowing that we are doing all we can with our sustainability as well. The dashboard and account pages are easy to use, the team are responsive and I'm happy so far.

We started using the Switch2Zero app at the beginning of 2024 and are delighted with it. It was straightforward to set up and is much more affordable than similar platforms while delivering on what we set out to do – supporting vital tree-planting projects around the world. Our customers have been thrilled to receive the emails from Switch2Zero telling them they have planted a tree with their purchase. We have also been impressed by the Switch2Zero team, who take the initiative to provide resources to help us communicate our impact and take feedback on board to drive their platform roadmap. The new visual impact pages are very impressive!
