Switch Labs is an app that allows ecommerce merchants to sync customers and orders to Relay CRM. It performs an initial historical import and continues to update records via webhooks. Contacts are deduplicated by email and orders are attached to the matching CRM contact. The app is read-only and does not modify the store or theme.
