Amazing and useful tool, the Support team is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, we had a situation where we were curious whether the app could do a specific task to resolve an issue Shopify was creating, the Support team advised that it didn't, but they would look into adding functionality to cover that scenario in the future. A few weeks later, the functionality had been added to the import template menu & it works perfectly. So while it's not something I expected from them, they were open to improving and developing their app to meet the customer's needs.
