The cost-to-service ratio is extremely high. They don't accept returns, shipping costs are excessive, and their new 2026 policy will cost merchants far beyond the subscription fee. This creates significant losses and leaves end customers dissatisfied with the value proposition, ultimately driving them away from completing purchases. I will not be continuing with this service. I'm out to ensure I can keep my customers happy and maintain their satisfaction. There are many superior alternatives to this supplier.
