La mia esperienza con Sync2Fashion è partita bene, ancora prima di iscrivermi avevo richiesto, tramite i canili Telegram e WhatsApp, le informazioni necessarie per aver una panoramica del servizio ed in entrambi i casi li ho avuti. L'iscrizione è stata veloce senza problemi, una cosa che davvero mi è piaciuta, quando importo i prodotti, è quella di dover cliccare solamente una volta per ritrovarmi l'articolo nel mio Store con tutte le descrizione e taglie, quindi molto veloce. Invece una cosa da dover migliorare, secondo me, è la possibilità di avere la schermata, con tutte le azioni che si possono fare, nella lingua scelta. Ora, l'interfaccia non è difficile da usare, ma facendo fatica a capire l'inglese, avendo messo come lingua italiano, ho sempre paura di sbagliare qualcosa. Concludo dicendo che le scorte si aggiornano sempre, sé un capo finisce non dà più la possibilità di far comprare al cliente, così da evitare disguidi. Mi sto trovando molto bene.

De app is zeer gebruikersvriendelijk, alles overzichtelijk in 1 oogopslag. De mogelijkheid om de adviesprijs van alle producten automatisch te voorzien van btw en opslag is super. We zijn net gestart en tevreden met het aanbod. Een verrijking van onze webshop

Oggi è il primo giorno di prova, quindi per una recensione riguardo al sistema ed alle vendite mi esporrò più avanti. Ma per il momento devo assolutamente dire che ho trovato un Customer Care davvero molto cordiale, gentile, educato e molto disponibile ad aiutare e spiegare. In particolare io mi sono interfacciata con Valeria che, con una pazienza infinita, mi ha spiegato passo per passo ogni dettaglio dell’applicazione! Per ora sono molto contenta! :)

My experience with Sync2Fashion was great. The customer service is excellent; they quickly answered all of my concerns and cleared up any doubts I had. Top brands, high-quality clothing, and quick services are offered. However, I would like to see more sizes and better images that show the clothing from the client's point of view.

In the beginning, it was very difficult for me to set up this app. However, Andrea did everything in her power to show me virtually and explain in details. I am so happy to understand how it works. The customer service support was amazing. Thank you for your time in helping me and my store. I am going to try this for the next 30 days and see how things go. Again, I encourage everyone to try their customer support team in case of problems. They are amazing. Excited to start the journey.

Great interface and customer service support for any questions/queries. I have established e-commerce store and wanted to obtain additional inventory for the festive period. Sync2Fashion is right application for my needs.
