I was a bit skeptical at first, but Sync2Fashion actually does what it promises. Product imports are smooth, stock updates automatically, and orders go through without issues. It saves me a lot of manual work and lets me focus more on marketing and sales.

The cost-to-service ratio is extremely high. They don't accept returns, shipping costs are excessive, and their new 2026 policy will cost merchants far beyond the subscription fee. This creates significant losses and leaves end customers dissatisfied with the value proposition, ultimately driving them away from completing purchases. I will not be continuing with this service. I'm out to ensure I can keep my customers happy and maintain their satisfaction. There are many superior alternatives to this supplier.

Limited Access and Lack of Transparency Despite the platform promoting access to over 20,000 branded products for dropshipping, our experience has been far from what was promised. When connecting via API, only a limited and unappealing subset of the catalog is made available—typically low-interest items such as socks and underwear—while the majority of desirable products remain inaccessible. We reached out to support on two separate occasions for clarification, but unfortunately received no clear or actionable response. This lack of transparency and limited product offering severely undermines the value of the service for a business seeking high-quality, diverse inventory. That said, we must acknowledge that the Guess bags we managed to sell were of impeccable quality, which speaks to the potential of the catalog if more premium products were made accessible. Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering ending our collaboration with the platform.

To clarify, all branded products are available in the section "available products" in the app , but the number you can import in app depends on your plan (e.g., up to 250 products on your current plan). I've recently registered with Sync2Fashion and so far, I'm impressed with the variety and elegance of their product selection. The items look stylish and well-curated for fashion-forward audiences. I also appreciate their responsive and helpful customer support team – they’ve been quick and professional in addressing my inquiries. That said, I haven’t had the chance yet to test their shipping and delivery process with customers, so I can't comment on fulfillment speed or reliability. Looking forward to gaining more experience on that front.

Rating: 1 out of 5 Absolutely unacceptable. Griffati has been the worst business experience I’ve had in my entire e-commerce career. After installing their app through Shopify and deleting it the very same day (due to complete failure to operate as described), they had the audacity to issue an unlawful invoice. This directly violates consumer rights under EU law. But the most outrageous part? After I left an honest, negative review, Griffati attempted to gain unauthorized access to my store in order to delete it — with Shopify’s help. This is not just unethical; it’s a blatant act of censorship, intimidation, and platform abuse. Their customer support is non-existent. They ignore inquiries and respond with silence or threats. There is no sense of accountability, responsibility, or professionalism. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your privacy, freedom of speech, and business integrity, stay away from Griffati. They operate in a way that disrespects users, disregards legal protections, and manipulates the system to silence criticism.

Abbiamo iniziato da poco il rapporto con questo fornitore. e siamo anche dei neofiti del dropshipping, ma al momento ci siamo trovati molto bene, come assortimenti e come assistenza. Very Good products, app is really good as well but international delivery is higher than market prices.
