It took some time to get there, mainly due to a great deal of miscommunicated messages which I couldn't understand – but once up-and-running, this app is brilliant. Such peace of mind to know that everything gets backed-up each week – and there's also the option for it to perform 'backup on demand'. Excellent!

App works easily and flawlessly so far. My chats with support have been easy and helpful. Arifur was super helpful. While I haven't had this backup service for long, in the short time i've used it I highly recommend it.
