Al inicio tuve algunos inconvenientes con el soporte y el tiempo de respuesta fue más lento de lo esperado, lo que me generó preocupación. Sin embargo, posteriormente se comunicaron conmigo de forma directa y me brindaron apoyo hasta resolver mi situación satisfactoriamente. Valoro mucho que hayan dado seguimiento y atención personalizada. La app ofrece buenas tarifas y cuando todo opera con normalidad funciona muy bien. Considero que tienen una buena propuesta y, mejorando los tiempos de atención al cliente, pueden ofrecer una experiencia todavía mejor.
