I installed this app to calculate shipping rates for our wholesale accounts. I really liked its simplicity but it didn't include some of the things I needed for it to calculate rates based on certain variables or conditions. I contacted the developer and they were quick to respond. Within a few days the features were added and we're now getting the results we need. Thanks, Rob.
