Tably Comparison & Spec Tables
All reviews
Was losing people mid-session to Google and manufacturer sites. Spec tables kept them on the page. Simple fix, real impact.
We added Tably because customers kept asking about the differences between products. The compare feature made things much clearer and easier to shop. It fits nicely into our Shopify theme and didn't take long to set up.
This app helped us organize our product specification tables without a lot of manuel editing. Customers can compare products much faster now, especially for similar items with small differences. Simple setup and clean design.
Tably made it much easier for our customers to compare similar products on our shopify store. the comparison tables look clean, work well on mobile, and pulling specs from metafields saved us a lot of manuel work. Great app if you need product comparison tables and specification tables for Shopify.
Set up spec tables for the main product lines and added comparison so shoppers could check differences themselves. Tha pages went from cluttered to actually useful. Support questions about product differences dropped off pretty quickly after that.
I've been putting off adding proper product comparison to my store for over a year because every solution I looked at either required custom code or looked terrible out of the box. Kept pushing it to the bottom of the to-do list. Eventually just committed and tried this one. Got the spec tables configured, checked how it looked on the storefront, made a few adjustments to match the theme - all without touching any code or filling a single support ticket. The whole thing was live before I expected it to be. Been running for a couple of months now with no issue. Customers land on product pages, find the specs they need, compare what they want to compare, and move on to checkout. Exactly how it should work.
Used to see traffic drop off to manufacturer sites and review pages mid-session. Having specs and comparisons on my own store keeps people from wandering off. More of the research happens here now.
Compared a few options before settling on this one. Feature set matched what I actually needed without paying for things I'd never use. Fair trade.
Used to wonder if customers were getting enough information to make a decision. Now I don't have to wonder. The specs are there, the comparison is there, the page does the selling.
Some customers browse forever without buying. Giving them a clear way to compare options side by side seems to break that cycle. Noticed a few people who visited multiple times finally checking out after the comparison feature went live.
Not exaggerating. Had a gap in my schedule, installed it, configured the spec table, checked it on the storefront. Done before my next call. Straightforward enough that it didn't need a dedicated afternoon.
Had a few regulars mention the product pages looked different in a good way. Didn't even announce the update. That kind of unprompted feedback says enough.
Hard to put into words but before something always felt missing. Specs and comparisons were the gap. Pages look finished now and I don't feel the need to keep tweaking them.
Don't have a huge catalog but the few products I sell are similar enough that customers always struggled to choose. Comparison table cleared taht up. Simple install, immediate impact.
Larger retailers always have detailed spec pages and comparison tools. This leveled the playing field a bit. My store now presents products just as professionally without needing a dev team behind it.
Installed it, configure it, went live. No conflicts with the theme, no back and forth with support, no unexpected behavior. Refreshing honestly.
The "which one should I get" messages used to slow down our whole day. Now that information is just there on the page. Team is happier, customers are happier.
Been using it for a few months now. Does exactly what I installed it for, hasn't caused any problems, fits the store well. happy with it.
Honestly frustrated it took me this long to sort out product comparison on my store. Had been patching it with description formatting and custom sections that quite worked. This just solved it cleanly in one go.
Was recommending higher-tier products but customers couldn't easily see why they were worth the extra cost. Side-by-side comparison does that explanation for me now. Upsell conversion improved noticeably.
