We’ve been using Tacey for our Shopify store and it has significantly reduced the time spent manually reviewing orders. Super impressed with this! We've been looking for something that would help us contact customers to correct addresses, this is a pain for us doing it one by one. Most checkout address validators still use google autocorrect and 70% of them are still incorrect. This app or agent helps us detect the wrong addresses and contacts the customers on our behalf.
