Customer service was responsive but app doesn't have all the bells and whistles I had hoped for. For example, it's a certain text limit for what you can write on the wheel. BUT all that being said, Customer Service went above and beyond to help me in every way possible.

It is a very easy to use app and it is very useful to increase your email base, you can adapt the plan to your needs, that is also good, and the support is aware of everything.

I was very skeptical of this app, but wanted to try it out anyway. I can't argue with the results. Ran it for a couple weeks before exceeding my starter plan, and in that time collected nearly 100 emails and generated over $5k in extra sales. Will definitely continue to use this app, it makes offering discounts easy and painless for me, while being fun and exciting for the customer.

So easy to set up, I had it up and running on our site with results in less than 15 minutes. This has been a great new addition to our site. Jeremy in customer service has been there to help with any question I've had.

Great simple but very effective app. Only been using for a couple of days but have already seen great results with interactions for visitors leading to some great orders made on our site. Will continue to use and develop our marketing plan.
