For a long time, I was thinking about using "spin wheel" to collect Emails but to be honest every other app look kind of same But then I found this app and I think this looks visually appealing and it works really well I would 100% recommend this app 5/5.

The app works great, and it has a much higher email sign up conversion rate than other popup apps. I like that it provides a lot of features even on a free plan. Also, the support team is one of the most professional teams I've ever seen. 5/5 stars!

Easy set up and Jeremy was great on the live chat. I couldn't work out how to add my own discounts rather than pre-set ones, but they explained it immediately.

I just installed this app today after reviewing many apps on the Shopify app store to find one that simply does discount popups to collect emails and get better conversions at the same time. This app is awesome and did just what I wanted with very little effort. Support from this company is outstanding. Not only did Jeremy answer any configuration questions I had, he also provided recommendations for best conversions. Thanks to the team at Smartflowlabs.

So far so good! I haven't had a ton of time to really test out all the bells and whistles yet but I haven't had any issues. Even if I did the support staff has been very attentive, making sure I know there is help if I need it. If I remember I'll come back and update this review once I have used the email capture a bit more. There are several plans to choose from including a free version. Like most apps that integrate with your site, the more automation you need or want the more service you'll need from these guys and gals. Just know that they've got your back.

They have quick support and are willing to help. They are also willing to listen to suggestions so they can improve. The app is working great in my store. It also offers free plan so you don't have to pay to use their app. Really great app. Recommended.

This app is literally a great asset for all business owners from new to already established the quality in service and product is absolutely THE BEST! i'm a new business owner and they assisted me every step of the way with creating a subscription pop up to best catch clients attention. My shop was looking for an application that included a Coupon Spin Wheel, and we were blown away by the different options that Tada offers! Upon downloading the app, we were even more impressed! The customer support is unlike no other. The customer support line immediately reached out to me to see if I needed help, and we proceeded to have a long conversation about my new shop, Tada's abilities and usefulness, and other things. Even better, the customer service's response time was extremely quick, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this application!

I used the chat to gain some insight into how the app works. The gentleman was quite knowledgeable about the world of online commerce in general. He was able to quickly answer all my questions & even provide me with some suggestions not related to the initial inquiry.

I use the app to install a pop up to capture emails and give customers an immediate discount that is applied directly in their basket (no need for them to copy it). You can choose various picture for the pop up, user-freadly app. Very easy to set up and very practical! The support is the fastest and the frendliest i've seen in a while!
