TR: Auto Tag Orders, Customers

We have used tag robot since our inception, it has provided a quick and easy solution to our shops needs... Better than that we requested a small tweak and solution as an option, they turned it around in days.. Great service!

Been using this for a while - it's simple to apply and helpful for us to track orders and draw attention to more complex ones. Key though is when there have been occasional problems, Kets has been speedy and very helpful in resolving them.

Really great developer response time. Built a custom addition for us to track subscription orders vs non subscription orders.

I use this application for some specific requests from our company. I am missing a simple rule that I did not find in other plugins either. I simply asked TagRobot technical department to develop it for us. To my great surprise, it was accepted and in a few days, it was done. We tested it - it works perfectly. The functionality was - adding a specific tag to new registrants depending on the domain name of emails. I continue to work with them and ... thank you very much for helping us.

A great app, I use it to tag products to send to mailchimp so I can automate tailored emails depending on which product was sold.

I have been using ReConvert for nearly a year to offer coupons and upsells when folks check out. The problem was that I DID NOT want to give deep discounts to folks who had already bought Product X. TagRobot to the rescue by automatically tagging customers who bought Product X, then ReConvert checks to see if that tag is there before offering a discount. It's a little "swiss army knife" kind of app that automatically tags and segments your customers based on a bunch of things to help you do cool things to your Shopify store that actually move the needle and make you money. I would highly recommend TagRobot and Kets (the owner) is very responsive and friendly.

This app is so easy to use, the rules for tagging are so easy and logical. But it only works 50% of the time and the support provided is basically non-existent. If the app worked it would be the perfect tagging app. But at this stage, I cannot recommend it. So disappointing.

I think this is the app for me? but I can't download anything. It says unauthorized. bummer... I'm reading they are fixing the problem. I hope this happens soon as manually entering tags is getting tiring...

Hello, it was working so far but for any reasons, it's not working anymore. I have to refresh to see the wanted tag in new orders.. Do you have any idea ? Best regards

Apparently, the app is broken. Tried to install this app. The "free" version would not activate. So I decided to try the $5 a month paid version. That version would not activate either. So I deleted it. But, I still got charged $5 for nothing. -- UPDATE: Since the developer responded promptly and proactively, I've adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars. --

I use this app to help automatically tag customers and orders based on custom rules. Such a time saver for our marketing and fulfillment departments. Love it!

I've been using TagRobot for about 4 months now. I use it to automatically tag orders based upon customer tags. It works great!! Simple and easy to use yet has lots of flexibility.

I needed to do some additional tagging based on product purchases. I tried a number of other apps, but found this the simplest one, and also loved that when I had a support query for something a little outside the product's scope, the developers replied and enabled me to do what I needed within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

This app is great for tagging orders and customers. We use this app to tag and segment our customers into groups for targeted email blasts. Developer responds quickly to emails. Would highly recommend!
