We were looking for an app to replace Shopify Flows that will help us tag customers based on their orders. This app indeed fulfills our requirements and provides us with just the solutions we needed. It is also very simple to use when selecting which triggers to use and when it should apply. Customer support was amazing -- speedy response time and helpful all the way!

Does EXACTLY what it says...very well. There is almost every possible option for tagging. And if you don't see what you need, a quick email to support will get that option added quickly. I needed help with tagging for a specific rule type and they had it added in a matter of hours. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Terrific customer support, even for a small fish like me. Was able to use it to retroactively tag all of my wholesale customers and get analytics data on sales velocity that otherwise would have been a huge lift to get done. And because it auto-tags customers, now it is always at my fingertips, even for new clients! Thanks!

We have used tag robot since our inception, it has provided a quick and easy solution to our shops needs... Better than that we requested a small tweak and solution as an option, they turned it around in days.. Great service!

Been using this for a while - it's simple to apply and helpful for us to track orders and draw attention to more complex ones. Key though is when there have been occasional problems, Kets has been speedy and very helpful in resolving them.

TagRobot helped us a lot by adding custom tags to our customers and orders in a very easy and intuitive way so that we couldeasily segment them later on on our email marketing platform.

I have been using TagRobot for over 1 year to assist with my order fulfilment. The App is super easy and quick to add specific tags to either my customers or orders. This saves me a lot of time not having to sift through special orders manually, I can simply filter my orders via the applicable tags and then print shipping labels in batches. Kets has wonderful customer service - replies to emails quickly, happy to jump on video calls and always willing to assist. Highly recommend this App!

I use this application for some specific requests from our company. I am missing a simple rule that I did not find in other plugins either. I simply asked TagRobot technical department to develop it for us. To my great surprise, it was accepted and in a few days, it was done. We tested it - it works perfectly. The functionality was - adding a specific tag to new registrants depending on the domain name of emails. I continue to work with them and ... thank you very much for helping us.

A great app, I use it to tag products to send to mailchimp so I can automate tailored emails depending on which product was sold.

I have been using ReConvert for nearly a year to offer coupons and upsells when folks check out. The problem was that I DID NOT want to give deep discounts to folks who had already bought Product X. TagRobot to the rescue by automatically tagging customers who bought Product X, then ReConvert checks to see if that tag is there before offering a discount. It's a little "swiss army knife" kind of app that automatically tags and segments your customers based on a bunch of things to help you do cool things to your Shopify store that actually move the needle and make you money. I would highly recommend TagRobot and Kets (the owner) is very responsive and friendly.

There are days, and there are day when people make your day. The TagRobot team Kark Ltd saved the day! Our Shopify customers can now purchase a discount card and get "tagged" as such to see a special collection of products visible only to them. If a non-tagged customer tries to access the special collection, they will be prompted purchase the discount card. It works very well! The support provided by Kark Ltd is supreme, we couldn't be happier. So willing to help with a quick and friendly response. We are happy we made TagRobot our first choice. You won't be disappointed!

This app is so easy to use, the rules for tagging are so easy and logical. But it only works 50% of the time and the support provided is basically non-existent. If the app worked it would be the perfect tagging app. But at this stage, I cannot recommend it. So disappointing.
I'm sorry for the inconsistency you experienced with Tag Robot, App is now under a new developer and has been improved significantly to avoid any such issues, also now you can expect a very fast response to your support requests!

I think this is the app for me? but I can't download anything. It says unauthorized. bummer... I'm reading they are fixing the problem. I hope this happens soon as manually entering tags is getting tiring...

Hello, it was working so far but for any reasons, it's not working anymore. I have to refresh to see the wanted tag in new orders.. Do you have any idea ? Best regards

As you correctly noted rules still run when triggered manually, and we anticipate them running automatically again no later than the end of this week. Thank you again and again my sincere apologies. Apparently, the app is broken. Tried to install this app. The "free" version would not activate. So I decided to try the $5 a month paid version. That version would not activate either. So I deleted it. But, I still got charged $5 for nothing. -- UPDATE: Since the developer responded promptly and proactively, I've adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars. --
We are aware that some installs are not working and our developers are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible. I'm sorry shopify charged you incorrectly for the incomplete installation and we will of course reach out to them to get you refunded.

This app provides amazing value to any Shopify store at a very reasonable price. The developer went out of their way to add new functionality to the app to meet my specific needs and was in constant communication with me every step of the way. Amazing service coupled with an amazingly simple to use app that works like a charm! I highly recommend this app as well as this developer.
