We installed TaggoAI mainly to handle customer questions, but it’s helped with sales too. The AI replies are quick and feel natural, and having all chats in one inbox saves a lot of time. Product suggestions actually make sense and don’t feel forced. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to our Shopify store.
