I searched a lot of applications for my store to handle personalization, but most of them had glitches, missing features, or other problems. However, I would recommend this app to all stores that offer personalization — they should definitely try it. During my first setup, Eli helped me a lot, and he is truly an amazing person. If you're doing personalization, this app is a game changer. My customers love how easy it is to tweak the designs and see the changes in real-time. It really helped boost my conversion rate. Setting up the assets takes a bit of time, but it’s worth it for the result. 5 stars for the functionality and the UI

At first It had some issues, but the customer service is impeccable, and what seems to be 24/7 responses from REAL people, they were willing to work with me to improve my store! It can be tricky figuring everything out, but if you need to have custom image uploading, with text, this is a great app!

An app with great potential, but it lacks a little perfection. That's not a big problem, as the technical support is excellent; they respond quickly, efficiently, and are very friendly. Any problem you may have, they'll help you resolve it. I'm happy to give Tailorkit a try!

I reached out about an image syncing problem and support team got back to me the same day with a offer remote call, I'm really appreciate that. The response from team was quick also. The app isn’t perfect yet, there are a few small features I’d love to see added in the future
