One of my strengths has always been the ability to write exceptionally well and to speak exceptionally well. So when I discovered Tailwind and used it, I was amazed. I've used Tailwind outside of the app for over 2 months before finding the app here, and it works wonders. Whatever you are trying to say, it will say it for you. Just type in a few keywords or phrases relevant to your product or service, click the button and it will write the copy for you.

Tailwind is expensive and poorly executed. Their customer support is appalling too. I cancelled my subscription but they continued to bill me. When I asked for a refund they first of all agreed to it, confirming they had received my request. They then changed their minds, claiming their policy 'is a firm no refunds' - their exact wording. So my advice to you, don't bother unless you're willing to waste time and lose money, and potentially continue getting charged for several years after you believed you had cancelled your subscription.

This is the worst shopify app that I have ever seen. Pure customer service for paid subscription they are responding 48 hours minimum
