最新更新：已經解決小問題，推薦此app 更新：後來有聯繫上客服，有解答到本來的問題，應該可以使用此系統搭配shopify內建POS，解決實體店面開立發票的問題，但還有些小BUG，如果有解決值得5顆星。//原始評論：詢問了客服一些相關的問題，但過了好幾個月都沒有獲得任何回應，不禁想說這個app還有人在營運嗎？

如果開有統一編號的發票時，發票上不會出現明細，如果客戶是大公司，因為與一般的電子發票會列出明細的內容有差異，發票變成要人工重開，會有很大的困擾。使用這個app已經快一年，跟開發者反映，他們說會改善，但是8個月過去了完全沒有後續...

您好，先前客服人員已透過 Email 聯繫貴司的信箱。就目前已知的資訊可能要請您向貴司使用的電子發票供應商的窗口確認停權原因，Taiwan Invoice App 才能串接 API 以在商店後台開立發票。 若需要更進一步的協助，我們非常樂意幫忙。

我覺得這個軟體真的非常棒，節省我們人工開發票的問題，但我現在有遇到一個問題，不知道為什麼我要續約，他轉了一下圈圈就什麼都沒做了，也就是現在都不能續約，請問開發者可以幫我確認一下為什麼現在不能續約嗎？！
