The chat function doesn't work (Captcha error message), can't login to our account (password incorrect message despite it being correct), app will not appear on live site despite is showing in Preview, and there's no support to speak to about these issues. Wasted time. The app looked promising but apparently doesn't work. Maybe that's why there's only 4 reviews?

I checked a bunch of other referral apps and this one is def the best. We've gotten a ton of new customers from it and it's easy to put on your website and customize so it's not too intrusive or annoying for the customer. Highly recommend.

So glad we found Talkable! It's helping us build referrals into a serious growth channel. The whole system works great, and the customer portal is a brilliant feature that makes tracking shares and rewards super simple.
