The AI assistant is useful, our customers love it. Setup was easy and well managed by the Talkom team. It adds real value to the store, as our human conversations dropped by 60% compared to the previous period. The AI assistant follows our instructions quite well, so we can customize it to fit our tone, and our product offerings better. If it cannot solve a problem (which is rare) it hands over the conversation to our human team. The Talkom team is remarkably communicative and responds to our inquiries very quickly. Cannot wait to see the updates!

Great app, adds real value to the store. Sets itself up with your store data, and it's easy to analyze the conversations and fine-tune how it answers users. Shoppers can just ask what they need and get a proper answer instead of digging through pages or collections. Covers product search and recommendations, shipping, refunds, order status - the things people actually ask about. Team is helpful and quick to respond. Recommend.
