Talkom AI Assistant & Search

It’s a cool app and the team has been extremely helpful. Great support, great product. We ended up turning on all of it: the AI Assistant, AI Search Mode, and the Q&A widget on our product pages. Whenever we run into any kind of issue, the support team is incredibly quick to find a solution. We’ve also noticed that our customers really enjoy using the AI Search — they actually interact with it, ask questions, and even turn to it for advice and product recommendations. The system works really well and feels genuinely convincing in practice. Another thing we really like is how quickly the app adapts to changes on our website. Whenever we update something, it picks up the changes almost immediately and learns from the new content. It’s been very low-maintenance on our end, and we’re already seeing it take pressure off our support team while helping more visitors find what they’re looking for and ultimately complete their purchases. We can definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve the customer experience on their online store.

We’ve been using Talkom in four of our markets (in 4 domains), and it makes localization very easy. Most of the translation and currency setup is automated, so there’s very little to manage. The Talkom team also helped us add our custom GPT, which creates personalized running fueling plans for our customers. The AI is relatively easy to train for very specific needs, even in our specialized product category. I’ve tested and fine-tuned it a lot before the release, and its answers are very accurate. The setup was easy, and the team has always been very helpful. The support has been excellent, and we’d definitely recommend Talkom to other businesses.

The AI assistant is useful, our customers love it. Setup was easy and well managed by the Talkom team. It adds real value to the store, as our human conversations dropped by 60% compared to the previous period. The AI assistant follows our instructions quite well, so we can customize it to fit our tone, and our product offerings better. If it cannot solve a problem (which is rare) it hands over the conversation to our human team. The Talkom team is remarkably communicative and responds to our inquiries very quickly.
