We added Talkom to improve product discovery in our store. Instead of using a traditional search bar, customers can describe what they’re looking for and get product recommendations and useful information through a conversation. The AI answers questions about products, orders, policies, and other store information based on our content. Setup was straightforward and the Shopify integration worked smoothly.

It was so easy to set up and feels Shopify native and not overcomplicated. A surprising number of visitors use and got information from the AI chat, which gives really really well articulated answers in any language. Bravo!

I have been using Talkom AI on my webshop, kbeautyforyou.hu, for just two days, but my first impressions are overwhelmingly positive. Even in this short time, it has been a huge help in freeing up our customer service team.
