He was incredibly patient with me as I am not particularly well versed in computer tech, but I really wanted to tidy up some of of the parts on my about me and sizing pages. Together we figured out the problems I was having and he taught me how to use the product so I could do it on my own. My first call to support. I am more than satisfied.
