I had a great experience with this app and especially with the support I received. Sulejman has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He not only assisted me with installing the app, but also took the time to help customize it to fit my needs perfectly. In my case, I run a B2B eCommerce store with customers across Europe, many of whom have valid EU VAT numbers and should not be charged VAT. Shopify is mainly built for B2C, so handling VAT exemptions for B2B customers isn’t straightforward out of the box. Sulejman guided me through the setup and helped tailor everything so that VAT is correctly handled for business customers. He also helped improve the appearance of the VAT input block, making it look clean and well integrated with my store design.
