The Tazoh team helped us with the entire setup process and made it really easy to get started. The shoppable videos look amazing on our store and fit seamlessly into the shopping experience. The team was also very responsive and helpful throughout the setup. Highly recommend Tazoh if you want to add shoppable videos to your Shopify store without a complicated setup! Special thanks to Sachin Garg.
Thank you so much for your review! The videos look beautiful and are especially useful on your cart page, where the video testimonials help shoppers make their final purchase decision with greater confidence. Really appreciate you sharing your experience! 🙌
Tazoh's team handled our entire migration to the backup theme themselves, which made the whole process really easy. Pricing is very reasonable, and support has been fast and genuinely helpful throughout.

The Tazoh team was extremely helpful. I wasn't actively using the Shoppable video app, and after the trial period ended, an amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to their support team, and they promptly assisted me with a refund. Their response was quick, professional, and very customer-focused. They resolved my issue immediately, which I truly appreciated. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider using Tazoh again in the future and would recommend their support team for their excellent service.
