After 15 days into the trial with no sales, and very very surreal traffic analytics by tradedoubler (reporting 400x visitors than reality, yes, reporting 7000 visitors when they actually sent 22) we decided to stop the program and put an end to the trial, closing the account, we found ourselves with the requirement to keep the account for another 30 days while the programs fully stopped, and asked to pay for 59€ for another month that we would not be using the platform. This is a complete SCAM, beware of this!

Very good affiliate platform for starters. TradeDoubler are a globally-renowned company and I think it's a great idea to make the platform available to smaller brands. I have worked with TradeDoubler on different brands and I've always had good results. I selected the cheapest plan in order to test it out and I had over 30 affiliates joining my program, after a few hrs. The integration with Shopify was easy and straightforward. The platform includes key reports to monitor your traffic. You'll find the same affiliates that you'll find on the main TradeDoubler platform. I'm also happy with the customer support. I was contacted quickly and scheduled a call with my Account Manager. The only negative point is that when you start an affiliate program, it's restricted to 1 geo. If you want global reach, you'd have to pay for additional programs/geos. However, this is how the other major affiliate networks operate as well. I think this should be mentioned in the pricing plans though. If anyone needs help with integration to your Shopify store, pls feel free to reach out.
