Multiple users have reported not being able to use the app even after two weeks of installation. The lack of login details and poor support response time have been major issues for customers.

We have same problem as the other reviews we haven't been able to use the app. Two weeks after installing and I still haven't received any login details despite emailing to get support.

Account creation is the responsibility of Toll Express and it appears they may have overlooked your application. We will ensure Toll are aware of this review.
