My experience has been extremely disappointing. I built my entire business around this app after successfully sourcing hundreds of products through it. The team could clearly see the type of products I was sourcing, and at no point did anyone warn me that they could not be sold or shipped. I spent weeks building my website and uploaded over 200 products, investing a significant amount of time and effort. Then, just as I was ready to launch my marketing campaigns, I was suddenly told that I could no longer source these products due to "design infringement of portrait rights." I accepted that and decided to continue selling only the products that had already been sourced and approved. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. After I started receiving customer orders, the app simply refused to ship them. No notification, no warning, and no communication. I only discovered the problem after contacting support because the orders were stuck in "Awaiting Collection" for weeks. One order had been sitting there for over a month. This put my business in a terrible position because I was accepting customer orders for products that the supplier had no intention of shipping. The biggest issue here isn't just the policy change; it's the complete lack of communication. If these products couldn't be shipped, I should have been informed before investing weeks of work and before customers placed orders.
