At HF by Nadine we tried a couple of sustainable POD. Teemil is the worse by far due to a particularly awful customer service! We gave them multiple chances as we really liked the organic cotton they provide BUT you cannot deal with your own customers when the POD is IGNORING YOUR IMPORTANT EMAILS! Even worse when the POD don't take responsibility for their mistakes! For instance the last issue we had with them was that a customer entered a French address instead of her UK one, but 3 min later she wrote me OMG I wanted to send it to the UK! This should't be an issue right? Well... I wrote 2 emails on that same day to TEEMIl to warn them to be careful there was a change of address! No answer at all! I also had change the address within my Shopify shop! 2 weeks later the customer wrote me again saying she hasn't received her order! it was weird from the UK to the UK 2 weeks... they are very slow at Teemil but come on! I asked Teemil and as a results we figured out they had ignored my emails and send the parcel to France! But it's not the worse .... I mean we are human mistakes happened right? At first Emily answered an e-mail saying that I should have written to them! I answered that well again I had... I had even sent over a screenshots of my 2 mails! Then it seemed she was solving the problem. "Ok" she said "we are going to issue a replacement could you confirm the UK address". Again... I did! Read carefully here: Then I spent 6 entire days with NO ANSWERS whatsoever! So I wrote them again ( so much energy spent for nothing when you own a business!!!!) After 8 days Sam answered to me a generic answer. He hadn't even check his colleague Emily previous emails with me! He was saying basically We cannot help you! I wrote back saying that well the mistake was coming from their ends as they ignored the right adresse I sent over twice straight away after the order had been passed! He replied something insinuating that my english wasn't good enough! They had misunderstood the mail in which I had thank Emily and gave her the right address! Well this was a pretty basic English e-mail to understand LOL On top of it I sent her a picture of the UK address! The same picture I had sent her already twice... We went to read all the bad reviews and it's shocking how many people are complaining about a miserable customer service! Worst every time someone write a truthful review we could see a "fake "good reviews" saying the exact opposite" It's so obvious they ask their team to write fake ones you can tell! We are changing our integration for GELATO they have a much better delay in sending worldly plus they have a-wonderful customer EFFICIENT AND POLITE service! They have organic cotton as well and guess what it's as soft as Teemil's! We are so please with this change! Teemil customer service is the opposite of ethical and sustainable! It's TOXIC and will destroy your precious business! Love Nadine and the team

Teemill is one of the best sales channels and dropshipping services on my Shopify platform. I recently reached out to their customer support regarding an issue, and they promptly took care of it. A special shoutout to Helen for her excellent assistance!

This review applies only to store owners considering installing the Teemill app on Shopify. I am populating a new store with Teemill products and I find the app itself to be user friendly and very easy to configure. They have good customer support and a good selection of eco-friendly products to offer customers. The quality of the samples I ordered was also very good. I ran into problems when I started to add Teemill clothing apparel to my store. Teemill manufacturing is quite advanced and they have developed a program where the customer can return worn out Teemill clothing at no cost to them and Teemill will either remake it into brand new clothing or they will responsibility recycle it. In addition Teemill will also give the customer a credit towards their next purchase. This is a terrific concept and a big step toward cutting back on the dumping and burning of waste apparel if it catches on with other manufacturers. The issue here is this program was not incorporated into the Shopify app. There isn't any way for a Shopify store to market this program and because the return offer is clearly stated in the care label I felt I would be essentually be handing my customers off to Teemill. Something I can't afford to do. The other problem with the app is that it does not support US clothing sizes only centimeter sizes. I would hope that Teemill will address these app problems in the near future. In all fairness I should also say that you will not have these issues if you create your store on the Teemill platform inst, only on Shopify.

Teemill has been very easy to integrate into www.britboydesigns.comustomers have found the product to be a high quality. The prices are more because of the sustainability stance and that should be commended. It shouldn't be a race to the cheapest. Have a few suggestions that will make the app even better for Shopify owners. Overall very impressed
