Teemill: Eco Print on Demand

At HF by Nadine we tried a couple of sustainable POD. Teemil is the worse by far due to a particularly awful customer service! We gave them multiple chances as we really liked the organic cotton they provide BUT you cannot deal with your own customers when the POD is IGNORING YOUR IMPORTANT EMAILS! Even worse when the POD don't take responsibility for their mistakes! For instance the last issue we had with them was that a customer entered a French address instead of her UK one, but 3 min later she wrote me OMG I wanted to send it to the UK! This should't be an issue right? Well... I wrote 2 emails on that same day to TEEMIl to warn them to be careful there was a change of address! No answer at all! I also had change the address within my Shopify shop! 2 weeks later the customer wrote me again saying she hasn't received her order! it was weird from the UK to the UK 2 weeks... they are very slow at Teemil but come on! I asked Teemil and as a results we figured out they had ignored my emails and send the parcel to France! But it's not the worse .... I mean we are human mistakes happened right? At first Emily answered an e-mail saying that I should have written to them! I answered that well again I had... I had even sent over a screenshots of my 2 mails! Then it seemed she was solving the problem. "Ok" she said "we are going to issue a replacement could you confirm the UK address". Again... I did! Read carefully here: Then I spent 6 entire days with NO ANSWERS whatsoever! So I wrote them again ( so much energy spent for nothing when you own a business!!!!) After 8 days Sam answered to me a generic answer. He hadn't even check his colleague Emily previous emails with me! He was saying basically We cannot help you! I wrote back saying that well the mistake was coming from their ends as they ignored the right adresse I sent over twice straight away after the order had been passed! He replied something insinuating that my english wasn't good enough! They had misunderstood the mail in which I had thank Emily and gave her the right address! Well this was a pretty basic English e-mail to understand LOL On top of it I sent her a picture of the UK address! The same picture I had sent her already twice... We went to read all the bad reviews and it's shocking how many people are complaining about a miserable customer service! Worst every time someone write a truthful review we could see a "fake "good reviews" saying the exact opposite" It's so obvious they ask their team to write fake ones you can tell! We are changing our integration for GELATO they have a much better delay in sending worldly plus they have a-wonderful customer EFFICIENT AND POLITE service! They have organic cotton as well and guess what it's as soft as Teemil's! We are so please with this change! Teemil customer service is the opposite of ethical and sustainable! It's TOXIC and will destroy your precious business! Love Nadine and the team

Teemill has been very easy to integrate into www.britboydesigns.comustomers have found the product to be a high quality. The prices are more because of the sustainability stance and that should be commended. It shouldn't be a race to the cheapest. Have a few suggestions that will make the app even better for Shopify owners. Overall very impressed

We love working with TeeMill. Their products are produced under the highest environmental standards and under strictly monitored conditions, and they are doing great work in combating waste within the clothing industry, which is one of the most wasteful of industries. Emily, Helen and their customer service team are fantastic and we are very happy to be partnering with them for our organic cotton and recycled cotton products.

It's a great idea and I like the ethos behind the company. However, they are often very slow to ship the items to customers and this leads to a bad reputation for our company with a knock-on effect on sales. We've had orders regularly sit 'in progress' for a full week before they are dealt with and a number of times much more than that. We have to keep checking and asking for them to be shipped. In addition, all returns are sent back to us and we have stock that we don't know how to deal with, it seems quite wasteful and a burden on the store owners. Finally, we generally find them unresponsive when we contact them for customer issues or feedback.

Excellent in every way. Integration into Shopify was super simple, no complex configuration, was up and running in a few minutes. Adding products is simple through their admin panel, and auto syncs back into shopify products, including stock levels, images, and changes are updated quickly. Massive selection of stock print work to start with and easy to customise, and AI mockups are fabulous. Oh and their eco-credentials are excellent, used by the best institution in the industry. Customer service is also fantastic, quick and friendly. I cannot fault them. Amazing.

Everything about this app is fantastic, it just works. Teemill have been super responsive to all the requests I have made including some complex issues regarding payment of the POD items. The quality of the merchandise is also outstanding as well as being the most ethical clothing on the market.

Teemill are so easy to work with and always get back to me straight away whenever I have a question about anything app-related. The app is straightforward to use and makes "printing-on-demand" an absolute doddle. An order comes in, and they fulfil it without me needing to do anything technical. I am left to concentrate on building my brand and creating new designs. I highly recommended them!

I find the Teemill app very straightforward to use. It integrates with my Shopify store seamlessly and enables me to add more products to my clobber collection in a few obvious clicks. And of course Teemill products have amazing eco credentials and the UK-based team are always on hand to help if I get stuck.

Teemill have been excellent to work with and the app is easy to use. They are quick to give support in all aspects - technical, design and marketing. They have really helped our charity and we are very pleased with the new product collections we have been able to launch and plan to have many more in future! Highly recommended.

This has been a great addition to our online shop. Once it's set up (which is really easy), it pretty much runs itself so we can offer lots of extra products, which are a great fit for our brand, with next to no additional input from our team. The support from James has also been great.

The Teemill Shopify app is fantastic! It is easy to use right from the off, from setting up an account, to creating new designs to listing them on our website. The Teemill app is a great way to create not only fashionable, but sustainable clothing for our customers and they love it! The fact we can add anything we like to a T-Shirt, Hoodie, Tote Bag and more is brilliant! On top of everything above, an added bonus of the Teemill app is that all of the items are dispatched from the UK which means delivery is fast. James at Teemill has also been amazing to work with and has been a brilliant support for us at The British Hen Welfare Trust.

The app is brilliant - easy to use and straight forward to manage. It provides a great customer journey and orders do not add any additional time to work flow. The company is also great to work with and the quality of the products are impressive. Compared to other print on demand apps, the integration with teemill is the fast, responsive and intuitive. It's an added bonus that all of the items ship from the UK, delivery is reliable and super quick and stock levels are always good.
