Antoine and the team at Teleship have to be one of the best teams for offering support for the App and being open to suggestions for additional features and improvements. The initial installation and setup was quick and simple with useful notes and YouTube videos to get you started quickly. An initial query was resolved with a few minutes in a video call with Antoine and we were up and running. In the same call I mentioned that it would be great to be able to process eBay IOSS orders for EU customers which we import through the Shopify Market Connect App which Antoine said they'd look into. A few days later and another video call with Antoine and a developer to check some eBay IOSS details and within a couple of weeks they had an integration working. No longer do we have to sort eBay IOSS orders and process them through a third party courier everything goes seamlessly through Teleship. As a bonus the pricing was cheaper that our previous IOSS registration and the parcel prices are very competitive without the need to use comparison websites. From our customers point of view they've already fed back how quickly they've received their parcels without the delays of customs processing, extra payments for fees and knowing to total order cost right at our store checkout. Most of our Western Europe parcels have gone from leaving us to arriving at the customers door in a week!! That's incredible given it's peak season for the postal services and couriers. We can't wait to see where Teleship will go next with the development of the App. Thank you everyone at Teleship.
