I signed up for a 7-day trial of this app and canceled before the trial ended. Despite this, they charged my card after cancellation. I tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but I received no response. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute these charges. Be cautious if you're considering this app—poor customer service and shady billing practices are a huge red flag.
