I am writing to share critical feedback regarding the current syncing functionality of your Shopify app, as it is causing significant disruptions to our store management. We integrated this app to simplify our workflow, but it has unfortunately increased our manual workload dramatically due to the following major issues: Incorrect Product Syncing: The app is automatically listing products on Temu that we have explicitly excluded from the Temu channel in Shopify. It is publishing unapproved items, forcing us to manually search for and delete them one by one to avoid incorrect listings. Missing Images: For the products that are synced, the app only imports a single image per product. We are having to go into each listing manually to re-upload the rest of the product images. This app was meant to save us time, but listing items we didn't want and fixing incomplete images has created a lot of unnecessary stress and manual labor. Please look into these syncing and media bugs urgently, as the integration is currently not fit for purpose.
Very bad interface, every step comes with problems. Couldn't even get it setup to sell with the support team that did bother responding for 2 days. In the end just a waste of time.
Great app easy to use, but still lot is remaining to br resolved, like when adding products in bulk it says add the base price and also when you try to add base price the place of base prices doesnt open and we are not allowed to add the base price, in individual when we add the base price it says system error.
