Life-changing app! I only wish I had sought this out sooner. Shipping carriers are constantly dropping the ball, so I needed to make our shipping policy crystal clear to customers to cut down on questions that were already answered in the policy. Now, with this app, customers have to agree to our shipping terms before checkout—and it’s been a total game changer. It protects our business and has drastically reduced the number of emails we get. Installed the app and worked apart from one checkout box. Contacted support and Itamar replied and sorted the issue very quickly. I am sure it will be an asset to our store.
