This app was a little glitchy at first, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and worked with me to correct the formatting issue immediately. They even had someone working on the weekend. Very pleased with the outcome.

This app has been an integral part of ensuring customers are aware of our turn around time! Customer service is quick to responding to questions, even on weekends. Highly recommend. ETA: I have contacted customer support again today and the response was immediate and exactly the information I needed. For stores that hand make items and have a turn around time, this is the perfect way to make sure customers are aware of that before completing a purchase.

We needed a simple application to ensure our B2B customers were staying current with our policies, to acknowledge any updates before placing an order, and to give us a native means of tracking agreement per customer account. This app keeps it simple but is highly functional, I needed some customization done for display purposes and their support team had me taken care of within 5 minutes - most app devs take at least a day to respond, let alone complete the request at hand. Very quick and helpful! Only suggestion would be for the ability to use font/formatting from our own theme for the T&C text, regardless I would highly recommend!
