I typically sell digital content, and haven't had an issue with that, but I am hosting an in-person event and require them to know the cancellation policy, what's included, safety information - all those details. This app took me about 15 minutes to set up, and I have successfully applied it to the one product that I need it for - it's so easy!! And having the opportunity to pay for only those clicks - that keeps me from having a monthly subscription, when this is a one-time event. Love it!

One of our shipping terms is "at your own risk," so we require confirmation before proceeding. This APP helps us link to the relevant terms and track opt-in dates for future reference. DEV is beyond responsive, proactively reaching out to confirm satisfaction. Can recommend! Edit: We had a tiny, obscure conflict with our chosen theme, and the dev of this app IMMEDIATELY fixed it. Simple and easy to use. I was hoping to have the checkbox on our checkout page, but unfortunately, due to limitations within Shopify (not the apps fault), the checkbox is on the cart page, not the checkout page. Great app.
