I stated using this app this week and had a minor issue with set up that was quickly resolved by the app development. What I love about Terms and Conditions Checkbox is that the customer must accept our sites terms, conditions and policies prior to finalizing their order. The acceptance is recorded in the transaction log, date and time stamped. This helps mitigate the common “I didn’t know about that” dispute.

This app was exactly what we're looking for. We were able to make the terms and conditions checkbox product specific, and Shahar was so kind and helpful in making sure it was exactly what we needed (even tweaking some Shopify settings to solve not having the T&C's in draft orders!) Very easy to use as well.

Simple, easy to install and does what it says. The only thing I found was that the checkbox is inserted for you on to your cart page in a specific location. If you want it moved you need to contact the support but they are able to quickly and easily move it on your page for you in a friendly and helpful manner.

This app was easy to install and works perfectly for our needs, we needed a way for our customers to agree to 2 sets of terms and conditions before completing the checkout. Due to the amount of text we needed we had to have help to display it, this was given promptly and now works a treat. Thank you

very easy to use and I do like it convient. but if you i can change not terms and condition instead other headline will give more flexible , for example, I want my customer aware the shippment time is longer than they expect. then the terms & conditions should ( shippment condition agreement )

Great app. We've had a lot a customers this year that want partial refunds due to pathetic reasons. This app protects us and makes sure that we have proof that the customers understand our terms and conditions and have clicked to prove that they have read them.
