I have this app on two websites. It does what it says on the tin. I liked the ability to change the text in the checkbox so I could include an age check. First one installed really easily. Second I had a problem with.... Contacted support.... got it sorted ASAP. Well done guys. Will use you again on my other sites

I run a Christmas business and have had customers complain about issues with a trees typically caused by using improper equipment provide by the customer. This app helps me alert customers about potential issues and sign off on these risks if they choose to not proceed with our recommendation. The app works great and is very easy to customize.
