I run a Christmas business and have had customers complain about issues with a trees typically caused by using improper equipment provide by the customer. This app helps me alert customers about potential issues and sign off on these risks if they choose to not proceed with our recommendation. The app works great and is very easy to customize. I had a minor issue and Shahar promptly signed into my store and made a custom tweak to fix the issue. I'd highly recommend the app and their outstanding customer service. THANK YOU

I added this app as one final step to make sure customers knew the current turnaround time on my products due to covid. Since having this app I have had less enquiries as to where customers orders are. The support is quick and very helpful
