Works excatly as expected, and the service team behind this app is great. I needed to center the check box on mobile devices and they fixed it in no time.

Very easy set up, allows you to restrict specific products instead of the whole store. Just wish you could geographically enable the tick box for specific regions (we are a knife manufacturer and wanted to enable this for QLD only - new laws regarding sales of knives to under 18yo within the state).

This was super simple to setup and I love that we can specify which products to have it appear on so that it doesn't have to be there every time a customer purchases something.

It's just what I was looking for, customers don't read and they all go super fast when checking out. With this option I show them the terms and conditions that I have in the sale of my specific product. The configuration is super simple and easy. . Es justo lo que estaba buscando, los clientes no leen y todos van super rapido al hacer el checkout. Con esta opción les muestro término y condición que tengo en la venta de mi producto en específico. La configuración super simple y sencilla.

Functions exactly as described. We need customers to acknowledge that they have read our health & safety information before placing an order. Also, the time and date of this acknowledgement appears on each individual customer order page. A useful app.

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's a piece of cake to set up & works very well. The follow up email 24 hours later to check that everything was working well was a nice touch, though I didn't need help with anything because it was working perfectly. Highly recommend if you need a T&C checkbox for your Shopify store!

I have no idea for tech stuff but I've just managed to add this with no problem. Appeared on my shop no problem. Their customer service is so quick and extremely helpful. Well worth the money!

My business is entirely custom product produced on demand so an app like this is essential for me to ensure that customers are aware of the terms of service, etc. Works wonderfully, I did need a little help at one point but everything was quickly resolved. Highly recommended, and $3/month is a steal for a critical feature.
