SUPPORT WON'T ANSWER. The checkbox has been ticked by default which we didn't like. We had emailed them a month ago and still no reply. edit: they have answered and solved the problem within 12 hours

I've been using the TnC App for quite some time. It was easy to set it and forget it. I discovered today that it was allowing customers to bypass the checkbox and proceed to checkout. After validating my settings were accurate, I reached out to Chat and Zain was extremely helpful, turns out it was a cache issue, easy solution. Thank you Zain for your assistance & making sure my T&Cs checkbox was functioning appropriately. Highly recommend this app if you need T&Cs and want to set it and forget it!

Love this app. I always use it when we close our small business so that our customers know the dates that we are closed and when their order will be processed. This way, we can still sell our items online while we are away, and our customers are not left wondering where their order is. It is really simple and easy to use. If you have any issues I have always found getting help really fast and simple. Thanks so much for your great app!
