GREAT! I set up the terms and conditions for my website in under 10 minutes. I thought it was going to be a headache to set up but it was extremely easy! :)

Very easy to set up. No extra steps are required, ie adding code into your theme. As soon as you enable the checkbox shows right away.

Worked exactly as it said and the installation and setup was fast and easy. Other apps didn't meet my requirements.

I used this app to make a "terms and conditions" check box, which works great and was very easy to setup.
