The inexpensive app offers limited value for money. The user interface is poorly designed, lacking the functionality to resize images. Switching between layouts requires saving each option and repeatedly refreshing the page, which is an inefficient process. Implementing a preview display for each layout style would significantly enhance the user experience. The app exhibits frequent glitches over the course of three months, occasionally disappearing or malfunctioning. The developers attribute these issues to a cache problem. Despite attempting to access the app on my mobile device, I was unable to do so. Frustrated, I opted for a more reliable and user-friendly app priced at $15 per month. The customer service provided by the original app has been ineffective in resolving my concerns. Take a closer at the top 5 reviews of this app, none of the shop actually uses this app. Crazy.

So friendly! It's simple to use and they even installed it on my page for me and dealt with my annoying questions in a very professional manner. They have a free version, but the packages are very inexpensive and worth it!!

Amazing app. I've installed it to showcase our testimonials on products pages that don't have reviews yet. Their customer support kindly positioned the widget exactly under product image which looks fantastic. Overall a simple yet great app to convey social proof.

It has taken me so long to put testimonials on my Shopify store, because there are so many to choose from. I am so unsavvy when it comes to anything techy, and all it took was one email request for help and I got a reply within about 10 minutes, then done - up and running. Amazing service!

I had some issues with the app to begin with (the setup), but the support team was very good at replying fast and troubleshooting the issues that I encountered. Very nice support, and for startups, this is a very nice app to begin with.

Very efficient app. I like the choices it allows. The developer kindly installed it on my site, both on the home page and on my testimonial page. Recently, the reviews disappeared from my home page, but the developer promptly restored them as soon as I contacted them. They’re very courteous and responsive. Happy with this app!

This is resolving the intent we had. Its easy to configure, UI is decent and user friendly. The customer support is also excellent. I got my query answered in 3 hrs and it was resolved to the best. I recommend this app for Testimonails and reviews.

I find the app very easy to use and the premium plan is very well priced for what it does. I had a question when first installed and support promptly replied with an answer to my inquiry. I had to get some extra support work done now - 10/07/2023- and the folks at Testimonials Master were AWESOME!!! Prompt, Knowledgeable and just great to deal with!! Can't recommend this APP enough!! This is a nice app for more general reviews and testimonials and it works well on my front page where people can see the type of reviews I am getting and not just on a product page. Kind of like a first impression. Support is very responsive and I highly recommend.

I recently launched my store and needed a testimonials section. I chose Testimonials Master because of the reviews I read. I was not disappointed. They helped me install the app and were so patient answering all my questions. They even sent screenshots so I'd know where to look. Fantastic customer service. I'm so happy that I chose this app. It's also super easy to use.

Sick of product reviews? Want store/shop reviews only? This is your app!! I used to sell on Etsy & I loved where a customer could look at a product within my shop & see my STORE reviews/testimonial within each product page. Since switching to Shopify I've been so happy about everything EXCEPT for the reviews app options out there. So many apps pretty much cater to product reviews only. This is fine when you want to start over or are first starting out, but I had about 2,000 positive store reviews I didn't want to lose. Many apps wouldn't let me convert them to show on 1 page only. I could only important to individual products, which I didn't like. I have 600 products. When you divide up my 2,0000 review, it will look like I only have a few reviews per product. I want someone to come to my page & see all of my reviews, not 3!! This may not apply or make sense to everyone reading this, but some will understand what I mean & how bothersome this can be!! I'm so so so happy I found this app. Its everything I was looking for! Also want to addd that I accidentally uploaded my reviews twice, so things were showing up twice. I contacted customer service & they fixed this issue right away! So happy & highly recommend!

I use this app for my testimonial reviews on my website. Working with this app has been an absolute joy. Their customer service is Bar none! It's so nice to know that if I have any trouble whatsoever that they are there for me. From small fixes to big their customer service is what I would appreciate from all my apps. It's good to know that I have the Testimonial Master app at my side because this in my opinion is my most important app. Anik Jewel
