Why does this app keep changing settings. 1. I remove it from international shipping and same day it is back where I removed it. 2. Customers select a locker but it all ends up being Rivonia. 3. Even my collection locker is stuck on Rivonia. 4. Then it works and then it is gone so customers does not have the option so I loose sales. This app used to work but now it just causes frustration, totally useless. One star is being generous for all the frustration it causes.
This integration is unusable, the script to confirm lockers has been depreciated, so half of the app is not working. The documentation is also terrible and lacks allot of info like the API servers to use for test and prod. Its a real shame, as this does have allot of potential to save allot of time for store owners and customers. Lets hope they find the time to develop a proper integration soon. But for now we will have to do everything manually.
Really outdated and no support, tried to email [email protected] with no response from any of their technical team, and the app keeps bugging out with each update Shopify does and you then risk out on losing sales, so this is rather disappointing us none of my customers can use the PUDO Locker functionality to choose their own preferred locker. Please update the app and update the guide as most of it is already outdated and no longer supported within Shopify.
The settings keep going out and losing out on sales because the integration with the store is not working properly. I have to reach out to customers to confirm locker locations and have to set up API key over and over. I'm not sure if it was an update, but its not working right. Also i dont think the guide for integration is updated.
