We've been using GFS for our fulfillment operations and it's been a solid part of how we run day-to-day. We process relatively high order volumes, and the reliability has held up consistently — orders process accurately, the data is clean, and we're not spending time chasing down errors or doing manual corrections. Customer support has been responsive when we've needed them, which isn't something you can take for granted with fulfillment providers. It's reassuring to know there's a real team behind it when something needs attention. The time savings are real. When fulfillment just works in the background at scale without constant oversight, it frees us up to focus on the business. For any Shopify brand running higher volumes, subscriptions, or multi-channel ops, GFS is worth it.

We’ve been using The Fulfillment Lab for the past 6 years for our pet supplement business, and they’ve been an outstanding partner every step of the way. Their pricing is fair and competitive, but what really sets them apart is the personal experience they provide. As a business owner, you need quick responses and real support from your fulfillment team because every single day counts. The Fulfillment Lab consistently delivers on that. When questions come up or adjustments need to be made, their team is responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. It never feels like we’re just another account. They understand our business, care about our customers’ experience, and move with urgency when needed. That level of service is hard to find in the fulfillment world. Highly suggest The Fulfillment Lab to any growing brand that values reliability, communication, and a true partnership.

Don't waste your time with Fulfillment Lab. In my experience working with them, at least 10% of orders on a monthly basis are incorrect, shipped late, or do not contain all items in an order. Working with their customer service teams is like pulling teeth and when they do respond they're usually very rude. They also botched a product launch of ours by failing to inventory items sent them for over a month. Completely mismanaged on the CS side and led by sales people who will say anything to close a contract, even if they actually can't promise what they communicated. Go with SaltBox or self-fulfill.
