This app has stopped working and I've tried contacting support 3 times with no reply. When I try to visit their website, I get "Malware and Phishing This site is blocked because it is a known security threat. Please contact your network administrator to gain access."

Our domain was incorrectly flagged by security vendors due to user-generated content on our platform, which we identified and fully resolved within 24 hours.
