Customer service went above and beyond when I sent a feedback email. They genuinely wanted to make the product better and adjusted some small issues I had. It looks beautiful on my website and matches the professionalism I want to portray. 100% recommend 10/10!

I had issues with the app not working properly, links wouldn't open, etc. I reached out to support, and while they did fix the issue, they promised 2 months free for the app due to the issues. I have now had the app for 2 months, been charged twice and still no refund or credit as promised. They asked me to leave a 5 star review, and I told them I would after I received what was promised. This still hasn't been done so I guess I'll find another app that does what they promise!
Hey there, I apologize for this. On our end, we only see 1 invoiced payment being made on February 11th (as you installed the app on January 10th). I was waiting for the next invoice (more than likely March 10th or 11th to be received on our side before making the refund for 2 months. We are happy to keep our promise but it was impossible for us to make the 2-months refund. I reflected this in my last email message to you in which you did not respond. Regardless, I have gone ahead and refunded you the latest app payment - and if you decide to stay on using the app, I will refund the next month app payment as well as promised (which will be 2 months). Not only is the calendar app exactly what we were looking for but Luke's support was absolutely fantastic! We had a slight problem with the font causing the calendar to clip off the edge and not be central but Luke knew how to fix it straight away and implemented it without any downtime! Can't fault the service and product and it is definitely worth every penny, especially for the support from Luke!

This is a great app that works well and looks great on our site! We have been using this one for over a year now and have not any any issues or concerns. Thank you to Luke for a seamless tool that is customizable and easy to use!

It does exactly what I needed -- a list of events my team will be at, with links to the official websites. We don't need to take reservations or sell tickets. The list of events was pretty close to what I wanted out of the box, but a few tweaks to the styling made it PERFECT. Luke had everything on my wish list done in just a few hours . . . on Friday of Christmas weekend, no less! I'd love it if other apps were this quick to respond, and understand exactly what I wanted. Literally everything I wanted was done the first time -- I didn't have to add for a second try of anything!

This app has saved the day, and Luke is AMAZING to work with! He offers the absolute best customer support. He listened intently and helped me navigate the new app and answered several questions. I think my events calendar now looks fantastic and I could not be happier. I had been using a free app previously, but it had so many problems and response time was not great. I am now paying what I consider to be a fair fee for an excellent app with great customer service!

Did not display properly in my shop making the weeks only 5 days and placing the weekend in the middle. Can't add to other pages as explained in tutorial. Completely useless to me as is. Have reached out to CS and am waiting for response. Will change review if resolved. *update: although I went a different direction, customer service and support was great and received a prompt response and refund. The developer worked to resolve the issue quickly. I may be revisiting this app in the future.
Hey Drew, Thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate it. We responded to your support ticket but haven't heard back from you. We pushed a change that should have fixed the original calendar design appearing on your page. As far as the tutorial goes - it looks like your theme isn't supported for adding in theme extensions (how we recommend to install the app). It looks like you have successfully installed the list calendar using the manual method though. We are happy to help you get the original calendar installed where you want to place it on your website! The calendar app was VERY easy to install and setup. Love the ability to color coordinate and add photos for events. I wanted the calendar to be our brand colors and contacted customer service. Luke was quick to respond and easily edited the calendar to be our brand colors, asking for my feedback on the style options along the way! He was great! Definitely recommend!

Luke is amazing! I wanted an accordion style calendar and he spent the time building one out and added it to my page for me. He's very quick with communication and does a great job. Highly recommend using this calendar app and the customer service goes above and beyond.

The perfect app that lets our customers know about all of our upcoming events. AND... you can link your google calendar seamlessly Most importantly, customer support was quick to get back to us with all of our questions.

Downloaded the app a few weeks ago to create an events page on two e-commerce websites. The app is super easy to use and displays our events calendar perfectly for our customers. Support is also very kind and quick to help with any edits or questions!

While searching for an app to share events on my e-commerce site, I felt that Shop Events Calendar was the only app with a variety of display options that also fit within my small business budget. The back end is easy to use and the design looks great on my website. Their customer service is also top notch! I'm very happy with my decision to use this app.

Have been looking for a semi-customizable calendar/list for events and this one is THE BEST I have found! Had a couple of issues and these folks have been amazing in terms of support. I would rate them ten stars if possible. Luke, THANK YOU for all your help! I am up and running and very pleased with this app!

I wanted a simple events calendar that shows up on the landing page, and this app totally delivered it. Also, for any questions or feedbacks I had to the app developer, he responded quickly with answers and was able to update the app per my requests. I highly recommend this app.

This app is not only on point, the developer is incredibly responsive. I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5. HIGHLY recommend. Well worth the very reasonable subscription.
