We have been happy with the Retenzy app on our website! The app is easy to use and navigate and we were thrilled that we were able to seamlessly import our existing Amazon reviews. The recent upgrade, which now displays star ratings and the number of reviews directly on the main product page, is a fantastic improvement for building trust with our customers. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to leverage customer feedback effectively.

We like Retenzy very much as it simplifies the review collection process by sending emails automatically to our clients to collect reviews. The deals and rewards feature also make the setup of rewards system easy and make our small online store look like a big enterprise with the systematic rewards system. Keep up the good work ! The overall experience has been pretty fantastic. The onboarding process was pretty seamless & the team has been very cooperative from the get-go. We are definitely witnessing some positive results with our store & we would highly recommend Vital to anyone who is looking for the best loyalty program app.
