So Far So Good I started using this app last week, and yesterday my images on the product pages were all mixed up - not relating/linking to the right product page. As much as I really like the product pages the app/Ai created I was ready to jack in the app and revert back to the default theme by the time I made contact with them! Miriam from Square Apps Support got back to me, understood how I was feeling, apologised for the issues I was experiencing and he/she (sorry) explained that the images I changed were in the theme editor instead of the dynamic thingy, so basically I was changing the images in the wrong area, which mixed up all the other images on the other product pages. Today, Michael from Square Apps got back to me, he looked at/sorted out the issue and he also sent me a video showing where and how to change the images if I needed to. Regardless of the time, Miriam and Michael responded quickly to my query and got it sorted out in no time. I'm very happy with the support and service they have offered so far. Thanks Miriam and Michael.
