Ticket Flow ‑ clients support
TicketFlow is a Shopify App that centralizes support tickets and order context, providing a simple ticketing system for customer support. Customers can open tickets from the storefront support page, attach files, and follow conversations. Merchants can create tickets in the admin, reply with attachments, update ticket status, and manage tickets in bulk. Additionally, internal-only tickets can be created that are not visible to customers.
