I do not agree that they respond to your support queries promptly. I have been sending them emails but no one replies. Also, I have already deleted a bundle page created with this app but the discount is still being applied at checkout. I need to fix this urgently, but no one responds!
Hello, Thank you for using Tier! I apologize sometimes it takes us some time to catch up on requests that came in from the weekend. We try to get to you as soon as we are available. Regarding your discount code being applied. This is because the current cart session where you added the discount code is still active, so if you delete the bundle you should not be able to add the discount code again for a new session. I'm sorry for not getting to your request sooner.

Easiest app to use for creating bundles and upselling. Support is 10/10. Dominic is very kind and helpful.
